SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for administrative support of the Compliance Department. The Compliance Administrator will complete tasks, as needed and provide technical assistance to the compliance team. The Compliance Administrator will help manage data in spreadsheets and reports, oversee the compliance team's monthly calendar, create compliance newsletters and handle any other technical tasks, when needed. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the Community Office, therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee's ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that are essential to clients and State Agencies.
  • Update State reporting systems and client portals.
  • Offer technical support to Compliance team members about reporting and excel spreadsheet management.
  • Attend bi-monthly compliance meetings to discuss policies and procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years' experience in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, and/or Marketing.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience with Internal Revenue Code section 42 and other affordable housing programs (HUD, HOME, BOND, Public Housing, Project Based Section 8, etc.) suggested, but not required.
  • Demonstrated organizational, communications, and analytical skills.
  • Computer experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and word processing programs.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

  • Physical Activities up to and including, typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or sitting for periods of time.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
