Landscape/Masonry Team Leader – Make Outdoor Spaces Come to Life

We're hiring a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our award-winning team at Gardens of Babylon You'll be leading residential and commercial landscape and masonry projects that transform outdoor spaces — all while keeping safety and customer satisfaction top of mind.

What You'll Do:

  • Create some of the most incredible outdoor living spaces in Nashville
  • Supervise and lead a crew on landscape/hardscape projects
  • Plan projects to be completed safely, efficiently, and on budget
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members
  • Install natural stone, brick, block, outdoor kitchens, fire pits & more
  • Load/unload trucks daily and maintain a clean work area

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in hardscape installation.  Specializing in outdoor living spaces
  • Supervisory/crew leadership experience
  • Valid Driver's License & insurable on company policy
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
  • Team-player attitude and a willingness to grow
  • Passion for landscaping and outdoor design
