Role Description

The
Agent Team Lead
will take a central leadership role within the Michelle Maldonado Team, overseeing client management, buyer and seller representation, marketing strategy, team sales goals, and budget management. This role requires a skilled collaborator who leads with trust, respect, and a focus on teamwork, ensuring that every member of the team operates cohesively to achieve shared goals.

As a leader, the Agent Team Lead will guide the team's direction while partnering closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies and lead our Salesperson to deliver exceptional client service. While in charge of the team's operations, the Agent Team Lead will foster a collaborative environment where everyone's expertise and contributions are valued.

Reporting directly to Michelle Maldonado, the Agent Team Lead will set the tone for success by balancing accountability with support, encouraging shared responsibility, and driving growth in the $2M+ market through thoughtful leadership and partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
    Lead team meetings every Monday to review all active buyers, listings, marketing, events, and other key business areas.Oversee and direct the day-to-day management of team members, ensuring alignment with the team's standards of excellence and productivity goals.
  • Client Management:
    Provide exceptional, personalized service that exceeds client expectations at every stage of the process.
  • Marketing Strategy:
    Partner with the Marketing Director to create and execute innovative marketing plans tailored to individual listings and the team's overall brand growth.Oversee and approve marketing initiatives, including newsletters, postcards, print advertising, events, and more.
  • Sales and Performance Management:
    Drive sales performance to meet or exceed team goals and budgets.Monitor team progress and adjust strategies to ensure success.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in the luxury real estate market, particularly in Williamson and Davidson counties (experience with luxury high-rise listings is a plus).
  • Proficiency in analyzing large amounts of data and creating client plans that expertly combine data with experience.
  • Ability to work quickly, managing multiple tasks and clients while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Proactive mindset: foresee and address roadblocks, lay out plans, and communicate effectively with clients.Strong delegation skills, staying involved in all aspects of transactions while appropriately delegating tasks.
  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills and is passionate about developing others to reach their full potential.
  • Business development through reputation and action, avoiding "sales-y" tactics.Methodical and organic CRM outreach.Expert contract navigation and experience managing both buyers and sellers.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of real estate experience, with an average transaction price point of $750k+ and the ability to handle a minimum of 40 deals per year (with our team's support).
  • Professional presentation and alignment with the team's brand.Experience with condos or a willingness to learn.

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission-based
  • Quarterly bonuses for achieving sales goals.

    Work directly with Michelle in 2025 to gain hands-on mentorship and a deep understanding of our high-performing systems.
