About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll support daily accounting operations, process payroll and commissions, and manage vendor payments to keep financial activities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

· Process employee payroll, commissions, and related payments

· Manage accounts payable and vendor payments

· Track and record funding, reimbursements, and financial transactions

· Communicate with vendors and team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness

· Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company procedures

Qualifications

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field — or equivalent experience

· 1+ year of experience in accounting, payroll, or financial administration preferred

· 1+ year experience working in home improvement preferred

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Familiarity with accounting software (Improveit360 or QuickBooks a plus)

· Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule

Full-time · Monday–Friday · On-site
