Duties

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal recruiting initiatives.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, employing effective interviewing techniques to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through social media management, HR sourcing tools like PeopleSoft or HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Kronos.
  • Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to identify passive candidates and expand talent pools.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and employment terms with candidates while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
  • Maintain strong relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and assisting with employee evaluation procedures.
  • Conduct research on market trends to stay ahead of talent acquisition best practices and competitor insights.
  • Assist in succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential internal candidates for future leadership roles.
  • Manage social media channels to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on training & development programs to foster continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on talent acquisition across various levels including technical recruiting and executive search.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems like UltiPro or Kronos as well as payroll platforms such as ADP or Paychex.
  • Demonstrated ability in sourcing via social media management tools and research techniques for lead generation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an emphasis on candidate experience and internal collaboration.
  • Capacity for training & development activities related to onboarding or employee relations initiatives is a plus.
