Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at East Mountain Dentistry. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for performing receptionist duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients. They will manage patient records, handle billing inquiries, and ensure a positive patient experience. The role also requires effective communication with patients and other team members, maintaining office organization, and computer tasks related to patient management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dental Office experience
