If you're ambitious, driven, and ready to put in the work, this is your path to earning hundreds of thousands by your second year.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators, organized, and able to manage multiple transactions and follow-ups. From day one, you'll work directly with a senior broker and receive daily training, mentorship, and feedback from top industry experts, including Eastern Union President Abe Bergman and a team of veteran commercial mortgage professionals. In this remote role, you'll start by making a minimum of 50 calls per day to CRE owners and investors as you learn to source and structure real commercial loans through hands-on experience. Your goal is to get your first deal under application (internally called an "IP") within your first 60 days.

Commissions start at 40% during training and can increase to as high as 70% based on your annual production. In your first year, you'll work alongside a senior broker who will guide you through every deal from start to close, with all commissions split 50/50 with your mentoring broker. Those who exceed their KPIs may qualify for a performance-based draw tied to activity and deals under application. In your second year, you'll have the option to work independently, earning step-ups tied to your individual production, with the potential to reach as high as 70% commission, one of the highest splits in the industry.
