As we continue to grow, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced Loan Officers to join our team in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with loan applicants
  • Understand and assess applicants' financial needs and creditworthiness
  • Provide recommendations on loan types, terms, and features
  • Guide applicants in obtaining required documents
  • Communicate effectively with underwriters for smooth loan processing

Requirements:

  • Active mortgage loan originator (MLO) license in the state(s) you operate.
  • Any level of experience is welcome
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
