**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales person to sell our delicious baked goods at farmers markets and events. As a Bossy B's Bakery sales person, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for providing fun, informative customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our booth.

**Duties:**

  • Greet customers and provide a positive and welcoming environment.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, including answering questions about products and services.

  • Process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and digital payments.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including their features and benefits.

  • Offer personalized product recommendations and upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

  • Perform basic math calculations to accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit transactions.

  • Record inventory prior to and after market or event.

-Effectively display products for optimum sales.

  • Communicate effectively with customers.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in a retail environment preferred, but will provide training.

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

  • Availability to work weekends.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Sales and retail math experience is an asset.
