The Role

We're looking for a
Workplace Account Executive
to join our team and help companies design and furnish workspaces that reflect who they are and how they work. This person will develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and guide projects from concept to completion alongside our design and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (founders, office managers, real estate teams, etc.)
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, design direction, and client presentations
  • Understand clients' goals, budgets, and timelines to deliver tailored workplace solutions
  • Represent Partnr Haus at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in
    furniture, interiors, or B2B sales
    (workplace or design industry experience a plus)
  • Proven success in developing and closing client relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with a collaborative mindset
  • Passionate about design, growth, and helping teams thrive in great spaces
