Artech, the largest woman-owned IT staffing company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team to support a global technological conglomerate.

We are looking for individuals with a proven work ethic who are self-starters, competitive and team-oriented, and are driven towards the achievement of their personal and professional goals.
IT staffing experience is required.

Job Description:
The Account Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities with the existing clients and managing existing relationships.

Duties include the following:

  • Gain market share at our client(s) by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
  • Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships
  • Managing the client relationship, pre-sales, post-sales, and technical assistance.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Establish relationships with client decision makers.
  • Secure new business opportunities.
  • Building a sales pipeline for the account(s).
  • Management of SLAs set by the client, and track and measure progress.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions
  • Work closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Must have recent experience supporting META
  • 3+ years experience selling IT staffing services
  • Customer Service experience- client facing, sales roles a huge plus
  • Solid understanding and can easily navigate social media sites such as LinkedIn
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must be detail oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progress
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong networking and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
