Job Title: Part-Time Real Estate Media Specialist (Photographer) – Join Our Fun, Growing Team

Location: Phoenix

Compensation: Starting pay is $16 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement ($0.30/mile). However, employees have the opportunity to reach $18.00/hr within their first 12 months upon completing all required training, passing the FAA Part 107 exam, demonstrating the ability to independently shoot all services we provide, and maintaining good customer service and attendance.

Expected Hours: 20+ hours

Preferred Schedule: Monday - Thursday + Every other Saturday

You'll have the flexibility to work up to 6 days depending on your availability and the workload if you choose to do so. You'll work between 8:30 AM and sunset each day—perfect for early risers and sunset chasers The amount of hours you work per week depends on how many days you want to work. We are appointment-based, so there may be gaps in your day where you can go back home or run errands, or you may have a full schedule some days.

What We're Looking For:

• Your Own Reliable Vehicle: A dependable mode of transportation is a must for traveling to various property locations.
• Availability: We need someone who can commit to at least 4 days a week + rotating Saturday's, but with the possibility to work up to 6 days a week depending on your availability and the workload. You should be available from 8:30 AM until sunset on the days you work.
• Hard Working & Reliable: We need someone who's dependable, flexible, self-motivated, and has a can-do attitude. You'll be on the move, so reliability is key.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Making a positive impression on clients is essential. You'll be representing our company on-site, so a professional and friendly attitude is a must
• Comfortable with Both Outdoor & Indoor Work: The job involves physical activity, including carrying gear up and down stairs. You'll be working in various environments—sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors

Job Duties:

• Photograph residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize professional photography and videography equipment, including drones.
• Pass the FAA's Part 107 drone test within 90 days (we'll help you and cover the cost).
• Learn and master real estate photography, 3D tours, and videography techniques.
• Drive to different properties and provide top-notch customer service.
