Summary

We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Account Associates. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to provide information and support
  • Maintain and update client records in company systems accurately

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and timely service
  • Provide administrative support and prepare basic reports as needed

Requirements
