Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client account information accurately in company systems

  • Support account managers in handling client requests and tracking deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and timely service
  • Maintain organised records and assist in administrative support tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Comfortable using CRM and online tools and managing tasks independently
