Virtual/Remote Accountability

Seeking experienced, online health & fitness reps to join our expanding team.

In this role you will:

• Engage with and hold accountable clients, which includes nutrition, workouts, wellness & mindset coaching

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a virtual/remote accountability coach for this role. Someone who has experience with coaching and is not afraid of confrontation. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile to help our busy clients navigate their crazy weeks by creating action steps to overcome obstacles that come up.

We Are Not Looking For:

If you prefer a more hands-off coaching style, this may not be the right fit for you. It is absolutely crucial that you hold yourself responsible for the success of your clients for this role to be the right fit for you. Every client will have excuses and mental obstacles and it will be your job to help them overcome them through mindset coaching and by helping the client create solutions to all obstacles that come up.

Common problems that arise with our clients that will need to be navigated:

• too busy during the week to meal prep
• too busy to fit meals in during the day
• traveling non-stop and don't know what to eat
• having a hard time fitting in workouts
• having a hard time keeping on track diet eating out with business meetings

Here are a list of potential responsibilities included in this role:

• initial consultation call to get to know the client and gather information needed to create their customized nutrition program
• introducing the client into our online community group / member's area
• creating a custom nutrition plan for the client based on protocol
• weekly check-in one on one zoom calls
• requiring that client submits weekly progress check-ins
• weekly progress assessment and feedback
• setting new program goals every 4 weeks
• on-going communication with management as needed - text and zoom meetings

Role (Overview of the Position)

• As part of our Dream Team of Coaches you are responsible for changing lives through our accountability coaching program. As the primary contact for a member it is your main responsibility to represent our brand, make each person you have contact with leave with a smile, and to do whatever it takes to make our member's experience the BEST

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

• Provide nutritional and supplement information to members
• Contact members monthly for Accountability Coaching
• Provide education, motivation and recognition on social media
• Weekly follow up with members
• Work with the Facility Leader

Results (Key Performance Indicators)

• All active members contacted at least once a month through various channels
• No more than 3% monthly attrition
• 20% or less Dropped
• Exemplify all of our core values daily

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

• Zoom, Google office, Email, text
• Experience using Facebook and Instagram
• Previous customer service experience
• Extremely enthusiastic and positive personality
• Fitness enthusiast

Our workouts are just 30 minutes because we know that the #1 reason why people don't work out is 'lack of time.' The workouts combine strength training and cardio, which research confirms is the best for fat loss. The sessions are high energy, fun, and as a coach, you will never get bored.

We are about more than fitness, we are about changing lives Personalization is key to getting our clients' the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit our clients' goals and individual fitness levels. Each session is led by 2-3 full-time professional trainers and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging. Each one of our members is assigned to a Fit Body coach for accountability, support, nutrition, and motivation.
