Position Summary:
We need a confident, professional Sales Representative & Account Manager who will get out in the field, knock doors, talk to people (and businesses), call and email prospects, and present our awesome product line of concrete coatings. You'll generate new leads, close deals, and manage accounts to maximize revenue and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door outreach in your territory, cold calls, emails and networking.
- Present our concrete coating systems in person and via phone/email—explain features, benefits, and why our product stands apart.
- Close sales and sign new customers.
- Manage existing accounts: nurture relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Use CRM tools or other tracking methods to track leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Be the face of the company—maintain professionalism, build trust and a solid reputation for Bulletproof Concrete Coatings.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market conditions, customer objections and competitive activity.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong self-motivation, professional attitude, and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with field sales: knocking doors, cold calling, emailing, meeting people face-to-face.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales experience (field/territory sales, business-to‐business or business-to‐consumer) a plus; but if you have the drive and hunger, we're interested.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, ability to travel locally within your assigned territory.
- Ability to manage your own schedule, follow through and close deals.
- Professional presentation, integrity and customer-first mindset.
