Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative at HBM, you'll be at the forefront of helping businesses find smarter, more efficient technology solutions. You'll identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in your assigned territory.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold call potential business clients (face-to-face and phone)
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored technology solutions
- Close deals and manage client accounts throughout the lifecycle
- Conduct on-site product demos and client presentations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales managers, analysts, trainers) to ensure customer success
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

You Have:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (office technology industry is a plus)
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A competitive mindset and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
