Loan Processor

Duties:

  • Review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Verify borrower information, such as employment, income, and credit history
  • Calculate debt-to-income ratios and other financial ratios
  • Prepare loan files for underwriting review
  • Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties involved in the loan process
  • Coordinate with escrow officers to ensure timely closing of loans
  • Maintain accurate records of loan transactions

Qualifications:

  • Recent minimum three years previous experience as a loan processor is required

  • Experience with Arive and multiple lenders is required

  • Experience working as a processor for a mortgage brokerage is required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately

  • Proficient in calculating W2 and Self Employment Income
  • Familiarity with loan contracts and banking procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
