Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and non experienced and motivated Tax Preparers to join our growing team for the upcoming tax season. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and passionate about helping others navigate their financial journey. Whether you're an experienced professional or newly certified, Dae Tax Solutions provides the tools, training, and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file accurate individual and/or business tax returns using professional tax software.
  • Review financial records, income statements, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist clients with identifying potential deductions, credits, and tax-saving opportunities.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional, friendly, and confidential manner.
  • Stay updated on federal and state tax regulations and filing requirements.
  • Offer additional company services (credit repair, notary, or business formation) when appropriate.
  • Maintain client files, confidentiality, and accuracy in all records.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in tax preparation (preferred but not required — training available).
  • Valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Comfortable using tax software (e.g., Drake, TaxSlayer, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
