The Tomb Raider Experience in Seattle is a world-class immersive adventure that drops teams into a thrilling, real-life quest. Our mission is to deliver unforgettable, high-energy experiences, and we are rapidly growing our B2B and group events division. We are seeking a creative, motivated, and digitally-savvy individual to help us build our brand and drive top-of-funnel demand.
Position Overview
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a candidate passionate about marketing, social media, and sales. The B2B Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be our brand champion for corporate and group outreach.
This is
not
a traditional cold-calling sales role. Instead, you will focus on "social selling"—using platforms like LinkedIn to build relationships, share compelling content, and establish TRES as the premier team-building destination in Seattle. You will be responsible for ensuring our B2B brand is consistent, professional, and engaging, with the primary goal of generating a steady stream of qualified leads for our sales team.
21.30–27.55 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
Social Selling & Community Management (approx. 50%):
- Build and manage the TRES group sales presence on key B2B platforms, primarily
LinkedIn
. - Proactively identify, connect with, and engage potential clients (e.g., HR managers, event planners, executive assistants).
- Create and share compelling, on-brand content (short videos, team photos, testimonials, event highlights) that showcases the TRES group experience.
- Monitor social channels for buying signals, industry trends, and opportunities to engage in conversations.
- Act as a digital brand ambassador, representing TRES with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Digital Marketing & Brand Coordination (approx. 30%):
- Assist in executing targeted email and direct messaging (DM) campaigns to nurture leads.
- Review and coordinate digital marketing collateral (e.g., one-page digital flyers, email templates, case studies) to ensure 100% brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity (logos, fonts, etc.).
- Help organize and maintain a central library of approved B2B marketing assets (photos, videos, testimonials).
- Qualify leads from inbound and social channels, passing warm, high-potential prospects to the sales team.
Sales & Prospecting Support (approx. 20%):
- Conduct
warm
outreach to prospects who have engaged with our content or expressed interest online. - Focus on setting appointments and scheduling calls for the sales manager.
- Meticulously track all activities, touchpoints, and conversations in our CRM.
- Assist in preparing for and attending select, strategic networking events.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 0-2 years
of experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications, or sales (relevant internships will be strongly considered). - A strong, demonstrable understanding of using
LinkedIn
(or other social platforms) for professional networking and brand building. - Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging social media posts and professional, persuasive emails.
- A keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of brand consistency.
- A creative, self-starter attitude with high motivation and excellent organizational skills.
- Excited to learn, grow, and be part of a dynamic team.
Preferred (but not required):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience creating short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels) for a business.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) to create professional-looking social media assets.
- Prior experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Comfortable being the "face" of the brand in social media posts or at in-person events.
