ImagiCorps is seeking a commercially focused, B2B-savvy 
Director of Marketing
 to lead our marketing and demand generation efforts, with a clear focus on pipeline growth, strategic client development, and sales enablement.

This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in building our market visibility, deepening client engagement, and directly supporting our sales efforts through high-impact campaigns and proposals.

This is an ideal role for a marketing leader who understands the value of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), has a proven track record of aligning marketing to sales outcomes, and thrives in a high-paced, project-driven, and innovative environment.

You will work closely with the Sales, Executive, Creative, and Product teams to define go-to-market strategies, develop compelling bids, and ensure ImagiCorps stands out as a trusted partner to brands and agencies alike.

This role is a full-time, onsite position due to the requirement that the successful candidate will need to work closely with multiple internal teams at ImagiCorps' headquarters in Seattle.

You will also drive marketing innovation and experimentation, bringing new ideas, tools, and creative approaches to unlock growth.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning & Leadership

· Lead the development and execution of a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with business growth priorities and client segments.

· Translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives that strengthen positioning, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

· Partner with the CEO and Head of Sales to define shared pipeline goals and performance metrics.

· Create marketing programs that support sales conversations, shorten sales cycles, and enable effective engagement with enterprise prospects.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

· Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting strategic accounts in priority verticals (e.g. technology, retail, creative agencies).

· Support outbound outreach and nurture programs with personalized messaging, thought leadership, and campaign materials tailored to buyer needs.

Demand Generation & Lead Nurture

· Own the development and execution of the lead generation engine, including inbound/outbound campaigns, email, digital, and event marketing.

· Build and manage nurture tracks that move prospects through the funnel and maintain ongoing engagement.

Positioning, Messaging & Brand Leadership

· Define brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that clearly communicate ImagiCorps' capabilities and differentiation.

· Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing communications, channels, and client touchpoints.

Bid & Proposal Support

· Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to develop outstanding responses to RFPs and bid submissions.

· Ensure marketing-led storytelling and positioning are reflected in pitch decks, proposal documents, and credential presentations.

· Maintain a marketing toolkit and proposal content library to support rapid, consistent bid development.

Agency Partner Marketing

· Position ImagiCorps as a white-label or behind-the-scenes execution partner to creative agencies.

· Develop materials, activations, and outreach programs that deepen relationships with agency partners and build repeatable value.

Innovation, Digital & Martech

· Champion the use of digital, AI, and marketing automation tools across the marketing function.

· Integrate martech platforms (e.g. CRM, email, analytics) to support scalable growth and performance visibility.

· Lead experimentation with new formats, technologies, and marketing strategies to unlock brand and business growth.

· Identify and trial emerging platforms and methods to keep ImagiCorps ahead of market expectations.

Metrics, Analysis & Optimization

· Define KPIs for all key marketing initiatives and regularly report on campaign performance.

· Use data to iterate, optimize, and continuously improve ROI across all programs.

About You

· Minimum 7+ years of strategic marketing leadership in a B2B or agency environment

· Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated, direct experience in one (or more) of ImagiCorps Experiential Categories: Retail Experiences (SIS, SWAS, Pop-up, Retail Displays) Events, Tours, Exhibits, Experience Centers (a.k.a. Technology Centers, Visitors Centers, etc.)

· Proven success delivering Account-Based Marketing and sales-aligned programs that drive pipeline

· Deep understanding of brand positioning, content marketing, and buyer journey mapping

· Strong background in marketing to large brands, marketing services firms, and/or technology clients

· Demonstrated success in leading or supporting RFP and bid development processes

· Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms

· Strong communicator, collaborator, and team builder with a balance of creative and analytical skills

· Comfortable in a high-velocity environment with evolving priorities and entrepreneurial culture

· Naturally curious, creative-minded, and always seeking new ways to differentiate and innovate
