Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

  • Define differentiated, outcome-driven positioning for enterprise products and solutions.
  • Translate complex technology into simple, compelling stories that resonate with C-level, business, and technical buyers.
  • Maintain crisp, competitive messaging that evolves with the market and fuels every channel — web, social, sales, and events.

Hands-On Content & Asset Creation

  • Roll up your sleeves to create impactful content — product sheets, launch decks, videos, case studies, and web copy.
  • Collaborate with Design and Product to ensure storytelling is visually and emotionally powerful.
  • Build assets that help sellers lead with value and win faster.

Product Launch & GTM Execution

  • Own go-to-market execution for new product releases and major features.
  • Align Product, Sales, and Growth teams around integrated, measurable launch moments.
  • Experiment with bold, creative GTM tactics — from narrative-driven launches to breakthrough digital campaigns.

Demand Generation & Sales Partnership

  • Work closely with Sales to drive demand and accelerate deals.
  • Co-develop campaigns, ABM plays, and enablement materials that grow pipeline and awareness.
  • Use data and modern tools to measure impact, iterate quickly, and scale success.

Market Intelligence & Product Influence

  • Act as the voice of the market — gathering insights on competitors, customers, and trends.
  • Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities and ensure feature market alignment.

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Support events with compelling messaging, content, and post-event amplification.
  • Turn every event into a brand moment that sparks engagement and creates opportunity.

What skills are required?

  • Expertise in crafting
    positioning, messaging, and storytelling
    for complex B2B enterprise software solutions.
  • Familiarity with launch frameworks, campaign orchestration, and cross-functional GTM planning.
  • Strong writing and creative direction skills to produce product sheets, launch decks, case studies, and web copy that drive conversions.
  • Ability to create
    enablement materials
    , messaging frameworks, and tools that help Sales articulate product value – and ties technology to business outcomes.
  • Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing), funnel metrics, and performance marketing to align with demand-gen teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, Gong, or Productboard; comfort using data to inform GTM strategy.
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Understanding of cloud computing, FinOps, and enterprise IT ecosystems highly desired

What Experiences & Qualifications are required?

  • 7–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in B2B Enterprise SaaS, Cloud computing, AI/automation platforms or related sectors.
  • Track record leading end-to-end GTM for multiple successful enterprise product launches.
  • Proven success partnering with Product Management and cross-functional team to influence roadmap and Sales/Growth to drive adoption.
  • Track record of planning, executing, and measuring launches for enterprise B2B SaaS products;
  • Experience marketing to CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and enterprise buyers.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis, and customer research to inform strategy.
  • Background in high-growth tech companies where PMMs act as full-stack marketers.
  • Bachelors degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Business, or Technology
    . MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certifications in Product Marketing (e.g., PMA, Pragmatic Institute) or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, FinOps Foundation) would be strong differentiators.
