Head of Marketing

About Us
Integrate is a Seattle-based company building program management software for the world's most ambitious machines Integrate simplifies cross-organizational collaboration within deep tech (think rockets, self-driving cars, robotics), with vendors, customers, and other external stakeholders as seamlessly as other software solves collaboration for internal teams. We are revolutionizing how organizations work together in the new deep tech economy by reducing communication overhead and unnecessary workload.
Our Solution
Despite growing tailwinds in deeptech and manufacturing industries in the US, existing software tools are inadequate to keep up with the rapid iteration and accelerated pace of hardware development. Integrate is developing a modern, specialized software solution that will enable seamless communication between all stakeholders internal and external to bring on the future, faster.
About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to unify our go-to-market motion — shaping Integrate's story, driving adoption, and building us into a category-defining brand. This person will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to establish our market presence across the defense, aerospace, and commercial hardware ecosystems.
You'll be equal parts strategist and operator: defining positioning, running campaigns, measuring impact, and turning insights into action.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Positioning- Develop differentiated brand and messaging strategies for DoD, aerospace, and commercial hardware markets.
- Partner with leadership on Series A/B narrative development, press cycles, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Create integrated go-to-market frameworks that align product launches with customer success and sales goals.
- Implement a RevOps system that connects CRM, attribution, pipeline analytics, and campaign ROI.
- Build dashboards for full-funnel visibility — from MQL → SQL → Opportunity → ARR.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy and funnel efficiency.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms tailored to defense and deep tech audiences.
- Lead paid and organic content strategy — balancing government credibility with commercial storytelling.
- Manage marketing website and microsites; oversee content creation, design, and updates that strengthen Integrate's digital presence.
- Partner with internal designers and external agencies to develop creative assets (video, design, landing pages, pitch content).
- Manage PR agencies and relationships with journalists to secure coverage in defense, aerospace, and SaaS media.
- Coordinate presence at key industry events (e.g., Space Symposium, AFA, Sea-Air-Space, and commercial expos).
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or B2G marketing, ideally with exposure to defense, dual-use, or complex hardware markets.
- Deep understanding of DoD procurement cycles, SBIR/STTR programs, and commercial GTM.
- Proven track record owning RevOps, campaign management, and brand strategy in a growth-stage startup.
- Experience managing both PLG and sales-led motions.
- Skilled in web design, content creation, and CMS management.
- Established relationships with relevant media outlets and industry reporters.
- Strong creative instincts and comfort leading agencies, freelancers, and in-house talent.
- Ability to context-switch between strategic storytelling and data-driven execution.
Why This Role Matters
This is a pivotal leadership role shaping how Integrate shows up in the world. You'll help define the category we're leading, tell our story to customers and investors, and build the foundation for scalable, measurable growth. If you're excited by the opportunity to merge brand, data, and strategy in the world of deep tech — we'd love to talk.
Join us at Integrate and lead the charge in securing the future of deep tech innovation.
