Your Role as Assistant Director:

As the Assistant Director, you'll partner with the Center Director to ensure smooth operations and exceptional quality in our early learning program.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting teachers with curriculum planning and classroom organization
  • Ensuring compliance with state licensing and safety standards
  • Assisting with enrollment, family communication, and tours
  • Promoting a positive, professional environment for staff and families
  • Encouraging teamwork, creativity, and excellence
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • CDA or higher (Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred) Also MUST be MO Director Qualified for 100 plus children.
  • Previous Director experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
