Talent Experience Manager

As the Talent Experience Manager you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to identify talent within the organization and to solution, execute, and oversee development programs for our Support Center team members. This role will also collaborate with HR/Talent teams to implement talent initiatives that support the organization's talent and business goals. This includes determining necessary training for existing and emerging leaders, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement talent program initiatives that align with company goals, support our talent strategy, and enhance our talent pipeline.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences (workshops, trainings, leadership development sessions) that promote leadership skills.
- Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to create and develop engaging content to enhance the skills and competencies of leaders within the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders/HR to identify leadership gaps within the organization and propose training solutions.
- Identify & support high potential talent through succession planning and professional development planning.
- Measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development
- Mentor and coach employees to foster their professional growth
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
- Required: 5-7 years' experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, HR or Talent Management
- Required: Experience facilitating workshops and conferences
- Required: Experience designing and implementing leadership development programs.
- Preferred: Change management and/or project management experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
- Strong knowledge of adult learning and development principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage and assess needs of key stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, paying particular attention to detail, deadlines and priorities
- Flexible and resilient in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information
- Strong learning agility
- Understanding of competencies/capabilities/behaviors and development planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
