Company Description
Waltron Bull and Roberts, LLC, offers a wide range of industrial application instrumentation for ultra-pure water chemistry management. Founded in 1903 as a laboratory testing ships' boiler water, Waltron is one of the world's oldest, most experienced companies in the industry. The company now integrates a variety of technologies into a comprehensive line of analyzers for Steam and Water Analysis Systems (SWAS); a full range of our products can be found at
We are currently in an aggressive growth phase – come grow with us. Waltron is seeking four experienced, autonomous Regional Sales Managers to lead our expansion in key US territories drawn around these individuals' home locations. This is a role for a "builder"—an opportunity to escape the bureaucracy of massive conglomerates and take true ownership of a high-potential territory with a direct line to company top leadership. Training and onboarding will be provided at the company's headquarters in Flemington, NJ.

Competitor Knowledge: Experience with 'Big Water' firms (e.g., Hach, Swan, Mettler-Toledo) highly preferred.
Technical Fluency: Ability to speak "chemist-to-chemist" regarding steam cycle chemistry applications.
Contacts: Having established relationships with Manufacturer's Reps and End Users is a significant plus.
Autonomy: Self-directed and effective in a remote environment without daily supervision.
Road Warrior: Willingness to travel 50%+ within the region for direct customer engagement.
Credentials: Ability to register in TWIC and similar security programs required for plant entry.
Service Background: As a veteran-owned company, any prior military or public service is a plus.

This is a full-time, at will position. Final selection is based on location, knowledge, and past performance. We offer:
Competitive Base Salary: Commensurate with the experienced nature of this role.
Uncapped Commission: A transparent, profit-based commission structure designed to reward high performers.
