Position Summary:
The Client Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day success of AffirmedRx's client partnerships. Working closely with cross-functional teams supporting the client experience, this role combines project coordination, data analysis, and technology management to ensure seamless client experiences and optimized patient outcomes. It's a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. While direct client account management experience isn't required, backgrounds in operations, administration, project coordination, or military leadership are highly transferable.
What you will do:
Client Operations Support:
- Collaborate with Client Managers to track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-through on client needs
- Maintain organized client materials such as plan documentation, benefit summaries, and trackers
- Prepare client-facing materials and presentations for meetings, open enrollment, and quarterly reviews
Technology and Tool Management:
- Assist with oversight of the configuration and performance of Salesforce HealthCloud, phone systems, and other PCA tools
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors and IT to ensure optimal tool functionality
- Provide training and support to PCA and Client Management teams on system usage and best practices
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Serve as liaison between PCA, Client Management, and Data & Analytics teams
- Facilitate communication and alignment on goals and expectations during the implementation process
- Participate in internal projects to improve client performance and operational processes
Reporting and Data Management:
- Assist with preparing and reviewing reports on pharmacy claims, utilization, and performance trends
- Track KPIs related to client operations, tool usage, and patient outcomes
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure health outcomes, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including military service
- Professional background in operations, project coordination, client service, healthcare, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Commitment to continuous learning and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
