We're a family-led real estate investment team focused on creative finance and coliving rental properties. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Deal Scouts.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn real estate the right way, build real skills, get paid per deal, and eventually move into Acquisitions.
This is not a salaried job. You are paid based on the quality of deals you bring.
What You'll Do
Find and submit creative real estate deals that fit our buy box
Identify whether sellers are open to:
Subject-To
Seller Financing
Hybrid creative structures
Source leads using platforms such as:
Zillow
Facebook Groups & Marketplace
Craigslist
DealSauce, PropWire, XLeads
Wholesalers
Driving for Dollars
Agents, investors, and public records
Collect complete deal information before submission, including:
Property address & condition
Photos (when available)
Repair needs
Asking price
PITI
Interest rate & loan details
Seller motivation & openness to creative terms
Submit all leads through our Slack channel
Communicate clearly, ask questions, and accept feedback
Focus on quality over quantity
Who This Is For

Compensation
Paid per deal at closing
Finder's fees typically range from $500 up to $10,000, depending on:
Deal quality
Deal size
Complexity
Fees may be adjusted to ensure deals remain viable (discussed transparently)
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
For deals focused on co-living or PadSplit-style rentals, we use the following benchmarks:
88% minimum stabilized occupancy
12–15 days or less to first booking
Under 30 days to reach 80% occupancy
These KPIs help us evaluate whether a deal is worth pursuing.
