What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Mastering the art of the offer – Calling, negotiating, and closing deals with motivated sellers every single day

Making relentless follow-ups – If a seller doesn't sign, you're not done yet

Handling inbound & outbound leads – Turning warm leads into signed contracts

Negotiating like a shark – Getting properties at deep discounts through creative & strategic deal-making

Running comps & valuing properties – Knowing your numbers cold (ARV, rehab costs, profit margins)

Building trust & urgency – Getting sellers to act NOW instead of shopping around

Closing contracts fast – No time for hesitation. Speed is everything.
