Requirements

  • Excellent marketing abilities to attract potential buyers or tenants through innovative campaigns
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse communities effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey complex information and foster trust
  • Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and ethical standards governing property transactions
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client interactions seamlessly
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client satisfaction
