Assistant Manager / Manager-in-Training (Part-Time)

Pay: $23/hour | Part-Time (20 hrs/week)

About Us

Twin City Security is a family-owned security company serving the DFW area. We're looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Manager-in-Training. This is a part-time role with opportunities to learn scheduling, orientations, hiring and management processes in the security industry.

Schedule & Hours

  • 20 hours per week
  • In-office (Mon-Thur 9:30am-2:30pm) - Remote option for the future if a good fit.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and return calls from employees and applicants.
  • Assist with orientations for new hires.
  • Learn and support scheduling and call-off coverage.
  • Help ensure tasks are completed on time and follow up as needed.
  • Helps Interview and Hire Guards.
  • Help improve efficiency, fairness, regulations.
  • Provide general office/assistant support to leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong phone communication skills — professional, polite, and dependable.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to follow through on tasks.
  • Comfortable balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
  • Willing to learn scheduling software and basic HR processes.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.

Must Be

  • Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and proactive in finding solutions and improving processes.
  • Must be patient, respectful, and composed, even when working with individuals who may be difficult or uncooperative.
