REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years leadership in as a manager
  • Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality
  • A cultural match (passionate, financial responsible, people-focused)
  • Proven developer of people Strong Financial results
  • Established longevity & career progression
  • Professional image & demeanor
  • Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
  • College Degree Preferred
