Assistant Project Manager
Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective project management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and change orders
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project management and collaboration tasks
  • Participate in project site meetings and assist in the resolution of issues as they arise
  • Support the project team in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in construction or project management, preferably in multifamily projects
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
