As an AT&T Customer Marketing Representative with NexGen Technology Sales, you will be connecting customers with innovative AT&T solutions that enhance their wireless communication and internet accessibility to faster speeds. We understand the importance of customers wanting the newest and latest technology services and our AT&T Customer Marketing Representatives are here to provide that for them. Our AT&T Customer Marketing Representative, for instance, will be available when a new phone comes out and it's the hottest new device on the market. The AT&T Customer Marketing Representative will be able to provide that service to each customer directly by supporting them with updates, service changes, faster speeds and promotions that may only be available directly to them.

The AT&T Customer Marketing Representative will work with customers to provide them with superior customer service and client account management experiences. The AT&T Customer Marketing Representative will present new productions and internet services while working with customers to streamline their new account and set them up with the service. The AT&T Customer Marketing Representative will close all sales orders and follow the order until the end which includes but is not limited to delivery and installations. Having personable skills or prior customer facing experience is a plus but our AT&T Customer Marketing Representative will all be trained in this role.

AT&T Customer Marketing Representative Qualifications:

  • Interact and engage with customers about products and services that they have either inquired about or are eligible for to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Educating customers about AT&T's products and services so that they have a full understanding about their new devices and can feel confident in their transaction
  • Resolve issues and/or complaints with customers effectively with a solution always in mind
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Stay current on all new sales promotions
  • Managing customers accounts with attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year
