We are seeking an AT&T Sales Associate to join our Dallas team. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will help to support our business clients through in-person sales offers and new opportunities through AT&T. This role includes building strong customer relationships, learning how to improve sales development plans for clients, and ensuring every interaction adds value to our process.

AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing business customers, providing exceptional sales support for all wireless and internet-related inquiries.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for new or upgraded devices, services, and plans based on customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with wireless and internet services, guiding customers through sales solutions with patience and clarity.
  • Manage customer accounts, including billing questions, plan changes, and service updates.
  • Identify opportunities to encourage sales of additional products and services that would benefit the customer.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all AT&T offerings to address customer inquiries effectively.

AT&T Sales Associate Qualities/Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a people-focused environment.
  • A natural knack for problem-solving and a positive, calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales systems.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52, $59,000.00 per year
