Our Customer Support Representative Must:
- Engage customers in conversations to assess their wants and needs, identifying products and services to meet those demands
- Cultivate professional relationships with customers, listening carefully to their needs and displaying empathy to provide the best service possible
- Drive sales revenue by following up directly with customers on unresolved inquiries or requests
- Enthusiastically support our company values and mission
- Actively promote teamwork, leading by example and taking the initiative to assist others in achieving team sales goals
- Property input customer information into our system following all company confidentiality guidelines
- Stay up to date on new products, features, or sales promotions offered by our clients
- Follow our policy, procedures, and guidelines
Our Customer Support Representative has the Following Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED - WE PROVIDE COMPLETE TRAINING
- Background in Customer Support, Client Relations, or Sales is a PLUS
