The Opportunity

We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded Marketing professional ideally a with a background in CPA or Financial Services—to drive business growth through digital marketing, relationship management, and strategic deal-making. This role offers the chance to build partnerships and accelerate revenue growth in existing channels as well as tapping into ongoing expansion in home health care, in place aging, "on the books" domestic employment trends…

This position is perfect for someone who blends marketing, sales, and negotiation expertise with financial literacy. Reporting directly to the President, you'll shape strategy, cultivate key relationships, and close high-impact deals that expand our client base, brand presence and new product offerings

Key Responsibilities

Third Party Referral Relationship Development:

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with Referral Partners Including Senior Care Employment agencies, CPA firms, Other Financial Advisory firms, business owners, and industry influencers to establish HomeWork Solutions as the trusted domestic and small business commercial payroll and compliance partner.

Negotiation & Deal Structuring:

  • Lead negotiations with referral partners and enterprise clients. Structure deals that balance profitability, client value, and long-term sustainability.

Supervision of Inside Sales Reps and Relationship Managers

  • Manage current existing marketing relationship management staff (Three). As required recruit, train, and mentor additional results-driven team members focused on revenue generation and client satisfaction.

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation:

  • Leverage digital marketing platforms and campaigns to generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support a measurable inbound sales funnel.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter, Growth Minded, motivated by financial rewards, Start-up experience a plus.
  • Financial Expertise: CPA or equivalent financial qualification preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years in business development, sales, or financial advisory—ideally in payroll, compliance, CPA, Financial advisory or other professional services.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience leveraging digital platforms for lead generation, brand positioning, and conversion.
  • CRM & Analytics Tools: Skilled with HubSpot or similar platforms
