About Us:

We're looking for an Executive Pastry Chef who brings creativity, precision, and a deep knowledge of Swiss modern lamination techniques to lead our growing team and define the next generation of pastry experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an innovative pastry menu featuring artisanal croissants, viennoiseries, and modern plated desserts that delight and inspire our guests.
- Apply Swiss modern lamination techniques to create perfectly layered, balanced, and visually stunning pastries with exceptional texture and flavor.
- Lead daily pastry kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior pastry chefs in both traditional and contemporary methods, fostering technical excellence and creativity.
- Stay current on global pastry trends and bring fresh, artistic concepts to the menu.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure a cohesive and memorable guest experience.
Ideal Candidate
- Mastery of hand-crafted viennoiserie, croissants, and laminated doughs, with advanced knowledge of Swiss modern lamination methods and precise temperature and butter control.
- Proven expertise in entremets, tarts, and other refined pastries using top-quality ingredients and innovative techniques.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging pastry trends, including:
- Croissant 2.0 – Creative fillings, glazes, and sculptural designs.
- Bakery as Art – Pastry as a visual and sensory experience.
- Sustainability & Upcycling – Reducing waste through smart ingredient repurposing.
- Culinary Fusion – Blending global influences to create original flavor profiles.
