Real Estate Closer

Are you a detail-oriented and highly communicative individual with a passion for real estate?

We are a residential real estate law firm and are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience (Must have 2+Years of experience) working for a real estate law firm or title company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of residential closing files for closing.
  • Communicate effectively with lenders, realtors, mortgage clients, buyers, and sellers.
  • Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless closing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Closer in a law firm or title company.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Superior customer service orientation.
  • Experience with SoftPro Select or similar closing software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of real estate law, underwriting guidelines, and Title Standards.
