As a Security Professional - Cultural Institution Patrol in Lilburn, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the grounds of a cultural institution, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence for all visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to staff and visitors within the cultural institution.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and addressing unauthorized access attempts as needed.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
