Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 per year plus BONUS

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties
  • Ensure all maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Manage tenant relations and address any concerns or issues that arise
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease renewals
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
