APS (Astraea Productions Studios) is an international creative studio focused on gaming content, immersive entertainment, and the early stages of a multi-channel production ecosystem. We operate with structure, accountability, and a unified commitment to quality.
APS Gaming is our flagship channel, supported by department-led workflows, a studio handbook, and a clear direction from leadership. We're beyond the "startup idea" phase - we're building upward with focus and intention.
The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Strategist to help expand APS's reach, strengthen discoverability, and support long-term growth across YouTube, Facebook, and future APS channels.
This isn't a "post and pray" position.
This is a structured, analytics-aware role where strategy matters.
You'll help:
- Identify growth and visibility opportunities
- Strengthen discoverability through SEO and platform best practices
- Improve CTR, retention, and engagement
- Assist with title and thumbnail strategy
- Monitor trends and optimize posting rhythms
- Provide insight into audience behavior and algorithm shifts
You'll work closely with leadership, supported by APS's existing structure and accountability systems.

Compensation
APS operates on a performance-based model.
Compensation begins once APS Gaming reaches YouTube's full monetization thresholds.
After monetization, compensation grows in alignment with channel performance and APS reinvestment strategy.
Requirements
- Understanding of YouTube SEO, discoverability, and analytics.
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- Social media management.
- Content optimization.
- Campaign or Posting Strategy.
- Facebook Growth.
- Trend analysis.
- Strong communication and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to balance independence with collaborative execution.
- Willingness to learn APS's systems and accountability standards.
- Gaming familiarity is preferred but not required.
