VATIK Marketing is a marketing agency based in Norfolk, VA. We're looking for a video editor to help us craft polished, high-performing content that looks as good as it converts.

You'll edit videos for Meta ads, social platforms, YouTube, and other projects that demand sharp pacing, clean visuals, and a professional finish. We're after someone with strong instincts, creativity, and consistency — someone who knows how to make content stand out without overdoing it.

What you'll do:

  • Edit short-form and ad-style content for Meta, social, and YouTube
  • Create dynamic, scroll-stopping videos that align with brand direction
  • Work with our team to take feedback and deliver on deadlines
  • Stay organized and maintain an efficient workflow

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience editing short-form content
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail
  • Understand the importance of a hook
  • Reliable, communicative, and comfortable working remotely

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour
