Lansing, Michigan, United States State of Michigan Full time

Job Description
Are you the kind of person who reads between the lines of an email and sees exactly what's needed? Do you love the thrill of solving a system glitch before anyone else even notices it? If you get excited by Human Resources tech, integration points, and helping people get answers that make their day easier—you might just be who we're looking for.

We're searching for a detail-driven, curious, and resourceful Analyst to support our HRMN Service Center and key integration programs—in a learning capacity. You'll get your hands into everything from tax questions to system syncs, with a healthy dose of testing, analysis, and inbox wizardry along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a frontline detective in the HRMN HR Service Center and MCSC-CityTax mailboxes—responding to inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and a helpful tone.
  • Support the HRMN to NEOGOV integration, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.
  • Help maintain the HRMN system's accuracy and effectiveness for OSHA incident tracking, forms, and process functionality.
  • Perform professional research and root-cause analysis related to system behavior, data integrity, and configuration needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and technical teams to design, test, and validate system fixes and enhancements.
  • Stay in sync with production and test schedules, HRMN functionality, and the unique quirks of integrations like NEOGOV, SIGMA, and SOMLC.
