Onsite Equipment Mapping Specialist

What you'll do…

As a onsite equipment mapping specialist, you'll play a key role in the implementation of our product. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver value to our customers and users.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform on-site and virtual customer field documentation of equipment and assets
  • Track, document and manage the progression of work
  • Perform on-site customer training
  • Complete software validation and data entry of documented assets
  • Consult with client regarding solutions and implement selected solutions
  • Operate a vehicle in a safe manner
  • Use Customer Resource Management (CRM) software
  • Work closely with other team members
  • Build relationships and trust with customers
  • Assist with other project areas as needed

What we're looking for…

We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth and team-oriented environment. We don't expect you to check every box, but the ideal candidate will have:

  • 0-1 years of experience in field service or similar customer facing role
  • Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt process to reach best solution
  • Comfortable in mechanical & outdoor environments (kitchens, roof tops)
  • Team player able to collaborate with all departments and levels within organization
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • 75% travel
  • Ability to work remotely and be self-managed and motivated.
  • Ability to work an on-call rotation for customer support
  • Ability to climb, lift and move through a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces.
  • superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using mobile tools and applications
  • Technical degree or certification (preferred but not required)

Compensation: $65,000. Salary ranges are determined by location, level, experience, and skills. This will be discussed further with the Talent team during the interview process.
