We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Exercises considerable latitude in determining deliverables of assignments, with limited oversight from manager.

May have broad knowledge of project management.

A High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 11 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field, or

An Associate's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field; or

Bachelor's degree AND a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$145, $155,000.00The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
