Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Administrative Assistant Position

Current responsibilities would include:

· Entering/booking projects

· Closing projects / preparing cost sheets

· All invoicing for project and T & M jobs

· Apply for electrical permits and call for inspections

· Call Ameren for disconnect set up

· Attend meeting/communicate with Project Managers then update the project spreadsheets

· Send submittals / send release to Purchasing

· Type quotes and update quote list

· Collect and enter time cards, processing time analysis

· Other duties as assigned

Position is part time 20-25 hours/week, located in Earth City.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $25.70 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
