As the Sales Account Manager you will fulfill the needs of a fast-growing company by ensuring the retention of our valued Dealerships and Agents by providing exceptional service. We are looking for an experienced professional with the keen ability to engage our clients, respond to their varied inquiries regarding our products and services, as well as probe for additional sales opportunities. This position will support our Texas and Oklahoma markets.

At Alpha Warranty, you'll have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with members of our awesome team for success in your job responsibilities, which, in addition to what we've described above, also include:
- Utilize various marketing tools, company knowledge base, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support accounts and increase production.
- Handle challenging situations related to dispute resolution.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our programs, policies, and services, and clearly communicate them to clients.
- Navigate and effectively communicate claim details to our clients.
- Support regional team members to ensure production goals and client needs are met.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 software to field customer emails and work on tasks for your assigned agents, Regional Sales Manager, and Sales Manager.
- Adhere to service level agreements for response and resolution rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual Spanish / English is also preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience required. (Call Center, Automotive, or Finance and Insurance).
- Passion for sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven teamwork skills and dedication to getting the job done.
- Driven personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle client escalations professionally and respectfully.
