Your Role

We are looking for a General Manager to run our Brooklyn location like it's their own business. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. You'll be responsible for the store's full performance, from managing the P&L and controlling costs to building a great team. You will be the leader who ensures every customer has a clean, safe, and positive experience.

What You'll Focus On

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule your staff. Motivate your team to provide outstanding service.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales, especially for our high-margin wash-and-fold services. Find new ways to grow revenue through vending and other opportunities.
  • Operations: Manage all day-to-day operations, control supplies, and ensure the store is running efficiently.
  • Store Maintenance: Be hands-on with store upkeep and equipment needs to keep everything in top working order.
  • Customer Service: Lead by example and set the standard for a seamless customer experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have at least 2 years of experience managing a team in retail, service, or a similar field.
  • You understand how to read a budget, drive revenue, and control costs.
  • You're comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive when you have ownership of your work.
  • You're organized, communicate clearly, and know how to motivate people.
  • Able to arrive on time and be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

This role also includes $2.50 per hour in additional compensation, performance bonuses up to $20,000 for hitting KPIs, and annual retention incentives.
