Key Responsibilities

In this Order Fulfillment / Shipping Clerk role, you'll support both the office and warehouse to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction:

  • Accurately process, pick, pack, and ship customer orders
  • Handle order fulfillment for eCommerce platforms (company website, eBay, and more)
  • Answer phones and emails, providing friendly, professional service
  • Create and update product listings online
  • Conduct pricing and product research to support sales
  • Assist with inventory management, stocking, and warehouse organization
  • Manage warranty claims and maintain accurate records
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support

Qualifications

  • Experience with eCommerce fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse operations a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
  • Excellent communication, typing, and organizational skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and assist in warehouse tasks
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening for illegal substances
